The view of Gaylor Peak and Mount Conness from about a third of the way up Mount Dana.
To the west is the Cathedral Range.
As I climbed higher, some views opened up to the southwest as well, Kuna Crest and Mount Lyell and Maclure are visible in this direction.
The summit of Mount Dana high above. This is the view about halfway up.
The view from the summit looking north. Large Saddlebag Lake is visible, as are many of the surrounding peaks all the way up to the Sawtooth Range on the boundary between the Hoover Wilderness and Yosemite.
Looking south over Kuna Crest to Mount Lyell and Maclure, including a nice view of the Lyell Glacier. Banner and Ritter are just poking out at the left too.
North again.
After a short rest and some pictures I headed back down to the car.
